Substack's Finest: Three Stocks for December
December 2025
Make It Rain is about investing like a business owner to profit from business success rather than market volatility. If this is how you want to build wealth, you’ve come to the right place.
Join me on my quest to build lasting wealth.
There’s a lot of valuable investing content on Substack that’s worth sharing. Every month I like to highlight three that I find particular interesting.
This month’s issue feature a Spanish serial acquirer, a Singaporean whisky and cocktail bar operator, and a company with a 15% shareholder yield.
Let’s get to it.
Soluciones Cuatroocohenta: A Spanish Serial Acquirer
First up is an article about a Spanish serial acquirer written by Horizon.
The company, Soluciones Cuatroocohenta, is targeting a large opportunity of acquiring small Spanish software businesses where the owners are looking to retire.
I’ll let Horizon take it from here.
Steppe Cement: A Kazakhstani Cement Producer
This next one is a net-net, that is, a stock trading below it’s net current assets per share, that also happens to be trading at a 15% combined buyback and dividend yield.
If that sounds interesting, give Mr Deep-Value’s post a read.
TSH Corporation: A Whisky and Cocktail Bar Operator
In a Substack note, Just A Value Investor shared this interesting find: a profitable whisky and cocktail bar operator trading below cash that is looking to expand it’s operations. I think it’s worth a look.
That’s All Folks
